The information gathered by Lakes Odyssey is used for our purposes only and your information will not be passed on to a third party.

Bookings When you have selected the tour you wish to go on please make a booking following the options below. The person booking the tour will be the lead name and all information will be passed onto this person. If the date of your booking is fully booked, Lakes Odyssey will offer alternative dates within the time limit of your holiday. If we are unable to provide a tour for you, then a full refund will be given.

Payment The Balance of the payment must be made in full when booking your tour. If the holiday balance is not paid, Lakes Odyssey reserve the right to retain any deposit and apply cancellation charge as detailed below. Bookings can be made via your hotel, by phone or on-line, we accept all major credit cards and payments through Paypal.

The Tours Lakes Odyssey will pick up and drop off from your selected destination, within a 10 Mile radius of Windermere. For Private tours multiple pick-ups can be arranged. Lakes Odyssey reserves the right to change or cancel a tour without notice. This will mainly be due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances. If Lakes Odyssey cancels a tour then full refunds will be given. Lakes Odyssey will try to contact their clients of any changes, though this cannot be guaranteed.

There are no hidden cost for our tours and all tours will have an individual itinerary of what's included. Lunch is not included on any of the tours offered, though if booking a private tour a lunch can be arranged with prior bookings.

The refreshments offered will be Tea, Coffee and Water, these will be available throughout the day.

Cancellations You may cancel your tour at any time. However refunds will not be given if it is within seven days of the tour. Within 2 weeks 25% of booking cost. Up to 2 weeks of the tour 50% of booking cost.
