Special Tours

A Bespoke tour can be anything you want it to be. It's your journey! Lakes Odyssey will work with you to look into the places that you want to go to. It may be a mountain range, it may be a grand tour of the Lakes or a romantic lunch on the edge of a lake. It is entirely up to you.

The Bespoke tours will be tailor made to you and a group up to 7 people. We work with other companies with in the area, so if you wish it can be incorporated in with a hot air balloon adventure or a canoeing trip down a river or perhaps dining at one the areas best restaurants.

Join us for a full day of fun and excitement as we take you to one of Cumbria’s best race courses, just on the edge of the Lake District National Park. Cartmel Racecourse has recently been awarded one of British racing's most prestigious awards by being named Small Racecourse of the Year in the North for 2008. Lakes Odyssey will provide you with a front row seat next to the race track within the Paddock Enclosure, which contains the Grandstand, Parade Ring/Winners Enclosure of race track, a mouth watering lunch hamper of local produce and refreshments throughout the day, including wines, chocolates and cakes and the all-important race booklet.
